Getting Started
How do we get started? What can I expect at my first session?
Simply call 314.249.5444, and we'll arrange a time that works for both of us. I return calls within 24 hours and can likely get you an appointment within 2-3 days. Of course, there is paperwork to fill out when you come to the office, but you can download and complete my intake form from this website and bring it to your first visit: Intake Form.
During your first session, we'll review your paperwork and you'll have opportunity to ask me any questions you may have. I’ll ask why you've come to see me, what your goals are for therapy, and we’ll proceed from there. I promise to make sure you'll feel comfortable with the process as we collaborate on achieving those goals.
Location & Parking
My private practice is located at the Marriage & Family Institute in Clayton. The street address is: 225 S. Meramec Avenue (Suite 404) in the Parkway Towers Building between Bonhomme and Shaw Avenues. The office is one block east of Brentwood and two blocks west of Hanley. The Metrolink system is a half block south of our office off Shaw Avenue.
We have several options for parking. Metered parking is in front of Parkway Towers -- 4 quarters will buy an hour on the meter. Street level is on the third floor of the building. As you enter, just walk strait ahead and take the elevators up to the fourth floor. The Marriage & Family Institute is right across from the elevators, Suite 404. You'll see my name on a plaque under our sign. There is a parking garage across the street (also used for Metrolink) and a lot directly behind our building accessing the first floor if you can't find a spot on the street.
